Birthday Card
A hand made greeting card is a gift in itself and shows children
that their imaginations surpass what can be found in a store

Jazz liquid tempera, Jr. Jazz truly washable, Jazz School, or Jazz Gloss

Materials:
- Jazz paint in assorted colors
- white paper and/or construction paper
- pencil or chalk
- assorted paint brushes and/or markers
- ruler
- scissors
- paint trays
- water
- newspaper

Procedure:
- cover work area with newspaper
- measure out onto paper the desired card size
- cut out card and fold in half either across left side, across the
top, or fold on both sides for a ågate opening, or fold accordion
style
- paint design on front of card and let dry
- write your message on front and inside

Handy hints:
Consider if the card is to be mailed that it will fit in a standard
envelope when cutting it out. Using thinner layers of paint will encourage
the card to dry flatter and not crack.
