materials:
- EZ Squeezies in assorted colors (at least one black)
- Jazz Window Prep
- large sheets of newsprint or butcher paper
- black marker or crayon

procedure:
- wash glass surface with Jazz Window Prep
- draw stencil designs (flags, stars, fireworks, rockets, eagles, etc.)
on large sheets of newsprint/paper with marker
- place designs in a pleasing arrangement and tape to the interior side
of the glass with the design visible to the outside
- on the outside of the window paint the design onto the glass using
the stencil as a guide (do the inside colors first)
- let dry
- outline the designs with a black EZ Squeezie
