Great party project, terrific gift wrap, splashy greeting cards.

product(s): any Jazz tempera paint |
materials:
- Jazz paint in assorted colors
- heavy paper
- small bowls or plastic containers (min 8 oz)
- straws
- spoon
- cookie sheet
- dish soap

procedure:
- place bowls/containers on cookie sheet
- squeeze 1/2" dish soap into each bowl
- add a spoonful of Jazz paint and mix
- add a few drops of water to thin
- blow into mixture with a straw until it bubbles up to, or over, the
edge
- put paper gently over the bowl/container
- lift paper off and see pattern

handy hints:
Be close to a sink for easy clean up. The thick paper works best because
it will dry flat. Try different colors of paper and more than one color
paint per piece of paper. If you have trouble blowing bubbles, add more
water. |
